Motor Home

Schneider offered to sell his motor home to Nunzio for $28,000. Schneider specified that in accepting, Nunzio must agree to pay the entire amount within 30 days. Nunzio accepted but changed the terms to $8,000 down and the balance in 20 equal payments with interest at 10 percent a year on the unpaid balance.

Was there an acceptance? Explain.

    There was not acceptance because Nunzio changed the terms himself without informed Schneider.

    I think acceptance was made. Nunzio made an offer and it was agreed upon. Schneider accepted the arrangement made by Nunzio.

    There was an acceptance, but after it had been accepted the terms were changed. Nunzio accepted the offer but then changed it. Schneider was not informed about the changed.

    There was an initial acceptance. However, Nunzio changed the terms himself without informing Schneider. Therefore, there is no acceptance.

    Since Nunzio changed the terms without informing the other person there was no exceptance.

    In the beginning there was an acceptance. Then Nunzio changed the terms without telling Schneider. Therefore there is no acceptance, and the offer is now invalid.

    There was no acceptance made. Nunzio changed the contract without Schneider knowing. Therefore there was no acceptance made.

    No accptance was made in the contract. Nunzio had already changed the contract before Schneider could not know.

    acceptance was made. The terms were changed but they were also agreed upon. so ya there was acceptance.

    There was an acceptance then Nunzio changed it. To pay in 30 day to $8,000 down payment and 20 equal Payments with a 10 percent interest each year it not payed. So it not a contract anymore.

    There was an acceptance with the first offer. However,Nunzio changed the terms of the offer to spread out the payments.Now with Nunzio's changed the terms there is now no acceptence to that.
