accepted but changed the terms to $8,000 down and the balance in 20 equal payments with interest at 10 percent a year on the unpaid balance.
Was there an acceptance? Explain.
There was not acceptance because Nunzio changed the terms himself without informed Schneider.

ReplyDeleteThere was an acceptance with the first offer. However,Nunzio changed the terms of the offer to spread out the payments.Now with Nunzio's changed the terms there is now no acceptence to that.
