Life Insurance

When Henecker took out his life insurance policy, he misrepresented his age as 27. In reality he was 34.

Will the insurance company be required to pay on the policy when Henecker dies?

  1. It depends on when he dies. If his term runs out then no. If he dies within the agreed upon time, yes.

  5. No, because he lied about his age. If he was lying about his age then they should not have to because it was his fault for not having them fix it.

  7. No, he lied about his age he should have to fix it and pay for it. All he would have to do is pay more each month of it. And he needs to change his age.
